If we are unable to distribute your press release due to a fault on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund or re-distribution at no additional charge. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date by contacting our support team.
We aim to complete distributions within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to content revisions, publication queue times at third-party outlets, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from distribution delays.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the press release content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Prodigy Press Wire a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to distribute, reproduce, and publish your content as necessary to perform the Services. All other content on the Prodigy Press Wire website — including design, logos, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
